Gyms don’t work: Gyms care about your money, not about your results.Once you sign-up, they chuck the contract over their shoulder, never to talk to you or follow up on whether you actually got any results ever again.  Plus, gyms are full of1980′s era bodybuilding equipment that’s only useful for lumpy bodybuilders or 16 year old boys, but is utterly useless for women trying to lose fat, tone up, and change their shape (or men trying to get cut).

Doing cardio machines like treadmills or elliptical trainers alonedoesn’t work: Admit it, you have a large piece of cardio equipment in your home, don’t you?  But are you using it? Probably not.  Why?  Because it’s boring!

When it comes to doing cardio on your own there’s no accountability.  Plus, there’s more bad news.  Even if you were using your piece of equipment, the human body is very clever in that it soon adapts to a cardio-only workout program, and results stop all together (if you’ve worked out for any amount of time, you know exactly what I’m talking about).  That goes not only for cardio equipment, but also for Zumba or aerobics classes as well.  Very soon, they just stop working.

Dieting alone doesn’t work: You probably know it but I’ll say it again – just dieting without an effective workout program backing it up simply doesn’t work.  You’ll end up losing muscle (leading to that dreaded skinny-fat look), won’t succeed at changing your shape, have low energy, and find your weight loss come to a grinding halt very soon.

Personal trainers don’t work: Personal training today is one of the most broken professions out there.  Most personal trainers are glorified “rent-a-buddies”, very rarely worth what they’re charging.  Even if you are lucky enough to find one of the “good ones”, at a certain point the relationship and the workouts becomes stale.

Why is the program so inexpensive?  Are there any hidden costs?

Believe it or not, we get his question very often.  People often don’t believe that our program can be so cheap when they’ve paid $85 an hour for personal trainers, $125 for monthly gym memberships, or $250 a month for other bootcamps.

The answer to that is no. There are no other hidden costs, enrollment costs, or automatic recurring costs on your jump start.  We just want to get you started and show you we’ve got the goods.

I pay less at the gym, and they offer bootcamp classes – how are you different?

 

Sure, gyms have tons of aerobics classes for free, and some even have bootcamp classes.  If you’re a member of a good gym and are enjoying the classes, and are getting all the results you want as fast as you want, and are loving going, that’s great.

The problem these days is training at gyms is very hit or miss.  On top of that, your body will eventually get used to aerobics, with your results becoming slow to non-existent.

The best way to think of us at Rated “R” Fitness Bootcamp is not as a group gym class at all. You can consider this high-level, world class, elite level personal training but at a fraction of the cost.

Can you help me with my eating?

Absolutely! We are the ONLY Bootcamp in South Florida with a Level 2 Sports Nutritionist on staff, we can help guide you with your eating.  In addition we provide free food information, and are here to answer any questions you may have to make your results come as fast as possible.

I haven’t worked out in a long time and this sounds really hard – can I do it?
